Notification Board

I think the Notification board is placed really bad in the middle of the streets.

why does we even have such board?

the notes should just be noted to the forums, for those who are intrested.
the centre of prontera is crowded already with unecessary npcs.

Maybe move it far to one side?
Or delete it.

I'd like it if it were updated to actually be a 'notice board'.
