I think it would be interesting to do a race event.I havent seen one like the one I'm about to suggest.
You ha your partisipants and a starting point. The race begins with an anounsment of the destination. This event need some preperations on the GM's side(no teleport,commands and NPC warpers while the event is being made).
The finish can be something like picking up an Item.
It sould prove interesting to see how good the ppl can navigate the maps.Since we have a warper to any field ppl don't really get to travel the old fasion way so this sould prove interesting.
Another good idea is to have an agi up for all players before the start that lasts enough time for them to finish. This way ppl should have an equal chance.

The field warper and dungeon lvl warper is only a temp feature.. it will be removed on the 10th july.. along with the double exp and drop rates... but yeh the suggestion has been made before.. my staff is working on a scripted event for that

Event List
-Maze (No Items, Skills ON, PVP ON)
Pick a custom maze map that is fairly large. Point A to B.
If you die, you go back to starting line.
If a player kills you, it announces it and the coordinates of where you are.
-Normal Ragnarok Delivery
Veden's idea pretty much.
Carry an item point A to B.
PK ON(?)
If you die, you go one map back (or starting line).
If a player kills you, it announces it and the coordinates of where you are.
-Poring Party!
Drop tickets into porings, make sure the ENTIRE map has porings.
First to get the amount of tickets asked (5?) gets a prize.
Runner ups if needed, but not advised.
No Skills, No equips.
Porings at 1 hp (or normals).
-Footrace
Straight line or square map.
Skills on, PK off/on.
Run point A to B and back. (Not on Square version)
-Monster Race
No Skills, PK OFF.
Run through a map with monsters on it. (Hydras are great)
Run through a maze built of Hydra!
(GMs may cast quagmire or anything else to slow down the racers)
-Trivia
Real life trivia or RO trivia.
Prizes given as thought proper.

Or a PvP competition. See who can win the most fights. Make it 1 v 1, 1 v 2, 1 v 3, and see who can last the longest. ;D
