NPC in Prontera fix, short faction/point idea

Alright, so I am just repeating my basic ideas for NPCs in pront (and other places).

Healer. Heal is capped by time (Once a hour).
Heal only does HP
Heal goes by hp missing % (zeny cost inflation).

Kafra says that she charges. No hidden fees!

Universal rental is not free.

Warper is gone or fixed.
Warp = zeny based on distance (Prontera to Payon can be 1200, morroc is 1600)
Dungeon warps must be unlocked. Once unlocked, every time you visit, it drops in fees by 1%/10 zeny.
Dungeon warps you to the OUTSIDE of 'floor one'.
No field warp.

Factions? Good v Evil?
This can come with custom RP quests.

MVP/PK/Faction points.
You can spend them to get extra stuff that looks pretty. Maybe a cape or a leader hat? IDK.

Some fee for plat skills.
